Overview

Get’em is a mobile application offering services like other food delivery apps, but instead of delivering food, we focus on every-day items.

To keep up with the progress of the Get’em application, we created a website that will show all of the updates and the timeline of the project.

Task

As a Project manager, I had the responsibility of organizing meetings, monitoring the progress of the project, meeting deadlines, and updating the progress website. As a Graphic designer and a UI/UX designer, I was responsible for creating the low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes that would, later on, be created into the app Get’em.

I was responsible for creating weekly update posts, designing the layout for the website, and working with WordPress to design the website

User Research

After conducting user research, we have created two personas to fit the perspective of the users. The first one(left) is the orderer and the second(right) one is the deliverer.

Task Models

These task models are made after the user personas as a way to identify the cognitive, and usability of the Get’em app. Each one is identified differently depending on whether they are to ones ordering or the one delivering.
